By using the Iconic Kirra Beach Resort website
(www.iconickirra.com.au)
and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General Booking & Payment Terms
1.1 Reservation Guarantee
All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by providing valid credit card details.
By providing credit card details, you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and authorize
Iconic Kirra Beach Resort to charge the card for any applicable deposits, outstanding balances,
cancellation fees, or incidental charges (as detailed below).
1.2 Pricing and Currency
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Rates are subject to availability and change without notice. Special event periods and blackout dates may apply.
We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors or misprints, and your booking may be cancelled and refunded
in such circumstances.
1.3 Credit Card Surcharges
In accordance with Australian payment regulations effective 1 October 2026, Iconic Kirra Beach Resort does not charge
any payment processing or credit card surcharges on Visa, Mastercard, eftpos, or American Express transactions.
The total price displayed at checkout is the final rate.
2. Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The deposit and cancellation policies vary based on the specific Rate Plan
(e.g., Flexible, Non-Refundable Pay Now & Save) and the Season (Low, Mid, High/Peak).
You must check the specific terms displayed during the booking process.
Non-Refundable Rates:
The full accommodation charge is taken at the time of booking. These bookings are non-refundable,
and no amendments or cancellations are permitted.
General Flexible Bookings:
- Peak/High Season (including Christmas, Summer Holidays, Easter):
Cancellation less than [30 days] prior to arrival will result in the loss of
100% of the total booking value. - Mid/Low Season:
Cancellations less than [14 days] prior to arrival will result in the loss of the first night’s tariff. - No Shows:
Failure to arrive on the confirmed date will result in a 100% loss of the total booking value. - Shortened Stays:
There is no refund in the event of a shortened stay once check-in has occurred. - Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking
to cover unforeseen changes to travel plans.
3. Arrival and Departure
3.1 Check-In / Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged with reception.
Fees may apply for check-outs past 11:00 AM.
3.2 Security Deposit / Pre-Authorisation
Upon arrival, the guest whose name the booking is made in must provide a valid photo ID and a valid credit card.
We require a $[200] pre-authorisation on a credit card to cover any incidental charges,
damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules.
This amount is released by your bank after check-out
(this may take 5–10 business days).
3.3 Unaccompanied Minors
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The property reserves the right to refuse any booking where a valid ID from a legal guardian
is not presented upon check-in.
4. Apartment and Property Rules
4.1 Occupancy
The number of guests staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation.
Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund and/or additional charges.
Please note that apartments are sold by bedroom access.
If a 1-bedroom apartment is booked, access to the remaining bedrooms is restricted.
4.2 Noise and Parties
Iconic Kirra enforces a strict ‘No Party’ Policy.
Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour that causes nuisance to other guests is not tolerated.
Noise restrictions apply after 9:00 PM.
Breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
4.3 Damage and Cleaning
Guests are responsible for all damage, breakages, theft, and loss incurred during their stay.
Charges for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
If the apartment requires cleaning in excess of the standard departure service
(e.g., excessive mess, stains on linen, unpleasant odors),
an additional cleaning fee of up to $[200] will be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, on balconies, and in common areas.
A fee of $_____ will be charged for any smoking in the unit.
4.4 Facilities
Access to the pool and gym is subject to the posted house rules and operating hours
(e.g., Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
4.5 Bedding Configurations
All apartments at Iconic Kirra feature fixed bedding layouts as specified in the room description at the time of booking.
We do not offer alternative configurations
(e.g., splitting Kings or joining Singles) as a standard service.
Any request for a manual reconfiguration is subject to operational availability
and will incur a non-refundable service fee of $45.00 per bed.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
5. Website Use and Disclaimer
5.1 Content Accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of content,
including apartment descriptions, floor plans, and images,
we make no guarantees that the information is complete or error-free.
The materials are provided for general information only.
Drawings and images are indicative only and the actual apartment layout or view may vary.
5.2 Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, logos, photos, and graphics,
is the property of Iconic Kirra Beach Resort and is protected by copyright law.
You may not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
Iconic Kirra Beach Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property
that occurs during your stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence
or a breach of the Australian Consumer Law.
