We are excited to see you on your holiday! We have compiled some extra information here for you, based on questions that we are often asked.

GUEST INFORMATION BOOK:

Welcome to Iconic Kirra Beach Resort! As an environmentally conscious resort, we don’t have a traditional in-room paper guide on how to use things. Instead, we have developed a complete online guide to assist you with everything during your stay!

LATE ARRIVALS:

Our front office is open from 8am – 4pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am – 3pm (Saturday & Sunday).

If you are arriving outside these hours, your keys will be available through our after hours service. Please make sure that we have an Australian mobile number for you so that we can send you a text with the code to open the night safe. If you are an international guest, we would suggest that you email us the day prior to arrival for detailed information. If you have any issues on arrival, you can contact our night service on 07 5618 8500. Please come to reception at 9am the next morning to officially check in.

HOUSEKEEPING FOR STAYS OF 5 DAYS OR LONGER:

Iconic Kirra Beach Resort operates as a fully self-contained property.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mid-stay service (including linen and towel refresh) is provided. As each apartment features its own private laundry facilities, guests are welcome to freshen items as needed throughout their stay. If you have any specific questions regarding your stay length, please reach out to our friendly reservations team.

UNIT TYPES:

All our apartments are modern, spacious, and fully self-contained. Whether you are here for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, we have the perfect configuration for you.

Oceanfront: Experience breathtaking, uninterrupted ocean views from every room in the apartment.
The Iconic Terrace: A sprawling, premium residence featuring a large private terrace with stunning ocean vistas.
Panoramic View: Take in a 360-degree blend of the Gold Coast Hinterland, city skyline, and sparkling coastline from your balcony.
Ocean View: Perfectly positioned to capture beautiful side-on ocean views from your private balcony.
Studio: A comfortable, stylish space featuring peaceful views of the Gold Coast Hinterland.

Important Booking Tips:

To provide an economical choice for couples, we offer a One-Bedroom configuration, which utilizes our spacious two-bedroom apartments with the second bedroom and bathroom professionally closed off. Please note that access is provided to the primary suite only; should the additional rooms be opened or used during your stay, the booking will be adjusted to the standard two-bedroom rate.

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE / COT HIRE / HIGH CHAIRS:

Guests can certainly arrange additional people to stay in their apartment. Please email our front desk to arrange in advance – stay@iconickirra.com.au

The cost for an additional bed is $50 per night. We can also arrange cot hire & high chair hire for your infants at $18 per night.

PARKING:

Each apartment includes complimentary, secure underground parking for one vehicle (maximum height 2.1m). While our Studio apartments do not have a specific assigned bay, our Front Desk team is happy to assist you in locating a dedicated parking space upon your arrival.

POOL & GYM

Enjoy full access to our premium facilities located on Level 2. Whether you’re starting your morning with a workout or winding down with an afternoon swim, our amenities are designed for your relaxation.

Heated Pool: Open year-round from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Gymnasium: A fully equipped space to maintain your routine while away.

BBQ Area: Perfect for poolside dining and alfresco gatherings.

Access: Please remember to carry your swipe key, as it is required to access the facilities. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, these areas are reserved exclusively for checked-in guests.

WIFI AND FOXTEL:

Stay connected and entertained throughout your stay with our complimentary in-room services.

High-Speed Wi-Fi: Enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi access in every apartment.
Foxtel: Complimentary Foxtel is provided in all 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
Studio Apartments: While Foxtel is not available in our Studio rooms, they are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts or enjoy local free-to-air channels.

RECYCLING:

At the Iconic we love our planet and want to give back! Recycling is easy here! When you stay with us, our recycling bins are located next to our lifts on the Ground Level. It is the big door as you turn left when exiting the lift.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

For a seamless journey to the resort, our Reservations Team (07 5618 8500) is happy to provide contact details for our preferred local airport transfer services. This allows you to coordinate your pick-up directly with professional drivers who know the Kirra area best.

TAXIS:

For your convenience, we offer a direct booking service for local taxis right from our front desk. It’s the easiest way to ensure a reliable ride for your local trips or airport transfers. Visit our friendly team in the office to arrange your transport!

GETTING TO THE RESORT:

Iconic Kirra is perfectly positioned just minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. If you are traveling south from Brisbane via the Pacific Motorway (M1), we recommend taking Exit 98 (Tugun/Coolangatta) for the most direct route to our front door. This allows you to avoid the motorway bypass and brings you straight into the heart of Kirra Beach.

PATROLLED BEACHES AND SURF BREAKS:

For your safety, we always recommend swimming between the red and yellow flags.

Kirra Point: Our local beach is patrolled by professional lifeguards daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Swimming & Surfing: We are just a short stroll from the calm, family-friendly waters of Coolangatta and Greenmount, as well as the legendary surf breaks of Snapper Rocks and Duranbah.
Seasonal Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, patrol hours and locations may be subject to limited service.
