Deposit Payment

Deposit for bookings arriving outside of the peak Christmas and summer holiday season is payable 14 days prior to arrival. This is the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation. Please note there is a 1.3% surcharge on Visa & Mastercard and a 2% surcharge on AMEX.

For the Non-Refundable Pay Now and Save Rate – This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment of Balance

Bookings arriving during peak Christmas and holiday period will be required to pay the balance of their accommodation charge 30 days prior to arrival.

Bookings arriving during Easter, September school holidays and other local events for which the demand for accommodation is deemed high will be required to pay the balance of their accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.
Guests arriving at all other times will have the balance of their accommodation charged the morning of arrival unless other arrangements have been made.
The guest whose name the booking is made in must present a credit card upon arrival, and produce a valid ID such as a drivers licence, proof of age card or passport for Iconic management and staff to copy. We may require a $200 pre-authorisation on check-in.

Policy One
We always recommend you take out travel insurance at time of booking and contact the property should your travel plans change.

For bookings arriving during the peak Christmas and summer holiday season:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival – loss of first nights tariff deposit paid
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – loss of 100% of total booking value
For bookings arriving during Easter, September school holidays and other local events for which the demand for accommodation is deemed high:
* Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival – loss of first nights tariff deposit paid
* Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – loss of 100% of total booking value
For all other bookings:
* Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival – free cancellation
* Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival – loss of first nights tariff deposit paid
No shows and cancellations after check in – 100% of total booking value
Policy Two
The Non-Refundable Pay NOW and Save offer is non-refundable, please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible. This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
